Yes, you’ll have the ability to download an audio recording of each module along with the accompanying handouts.

Can I include my team on the trainings?2020-04-23T09:46:06-05:00

Yes, absolutely. Feel free to have them sit in. You’ll definitely want to share the recordings and handouts with your team.

If they need their own registration (username / password), and the gate is already closed, just send us an email and we’ll get them set up.

How much time should I allow for each module?2020-04-23T09:47:26-05:00

The modules will be designed to take no more than an hour with Q&A sessions included. Since they’re live, there’s always a chance they’ll be longer than an hour.

Barring any unforeseen technical difficulties, they’ll be recorded; so if you can’t stay longer than the hour, you can always go back and see what you missed.

How often will the modules be delivered?2020-04-22T10:23:23-05:00

Time is of the essence, so our plan is to deliver a new module each week. If it seems we’re going too fast or too slow, we’ll pose it to the class whether to change the timing.

What if I can’t make it to the live sessions?2020-04-22T09:55:14-05:00

No worries about that! We’ll be recording and posting each module so you can watch the trainings when it’s convenient to your schedule and surroundings.

If you have a question and can make it to the live session, you can ask it during the Q&A portion of the live session.

If you have a question before a live session and know you can’t make it, you’ll be able to send us your questions in advance, and we will answer it during the Q&A. Then, when you watch the recording, you’ll be able to get an answer.

If you have a question that you’d rather not share with the group, you can always email Susan directly or give her a call.

If you are working on classwork and something wasn’t clear, you can always email or call Susan and she’ll be happy to clarify. She’ll be happy to answer any quick questions as well.

If you need assistance with a particular task… for example, if you don’t have the time or manpower to get something completed, we’ll find you that assistance, but it will probably incur an hourly rate depending on the task.

The modules are intended to be interactive. There’s a lot to learn, and you’re all in this together. You’ll be encouraged to ask questions, so don’t be shy.

Each module will consist of an on-line, live slide presentation followed up by a live question and answer period. Susan will be teaching all six sessions.

Aside from Sales Directors, Marketing Directors, Sales Managers, and Marketing Managers, some or all of these modules would be helpful for Inside Sales Reps and Marketing Coordinators.

Some of the materials we cover are quite technical, so it certainly would be beneficial to your company to have those tech-savvy members of your teams sit in as well.

Yes, barring any serious technical difficulties, it’s our intention to record every module and post the recordings inside the program’s website. We’ll send an email to the participants when each recording becomes available.

Yes and yes. We’ll have worksheets, roadmaps, cheatsheets, and any other tool you might need to accomplish what we’re teaching you.

The study guide will be built a module at a time, from the slide decks, so it will be a work in progress.
